bienvenidas a una nueva entrada! como dice el título, esta vez les traigo mis uñas de San Valentin! en esta ocasión el PickUp Friday se acercó demasiado a SV, pero igual quise hacer la entrada hoy :P

welcome to a new entry! as the title says, this time I'm bringing my Valentine's Day nails! yesterday I made my PickUp entry and today I'm making a new one, is just that I wanted to post my nails on VDay :P
quizás ya sabrán (gracias a mi blog) que no me gusta este día, pero igual siempre me pinto la uñas o hago una que otra cosilla; esta vez no es la excepción...
maybe you already know (thanks to my blog) that I don't like this day, but I always paint my nails or do something "special", and this time is not the exception...
esta vez ocurrió algo bastante desagradable: tuve que despintarme dos uñas porque el resultado se arruinó gracias al Top Coat ._. (aunque ahora que lo pienso bien creo que también fue culpa de un esmalte...) y ahora tengo que comprar otro, claro, de una marca mejor :P
this time something unpleasant happened: I had to remove the polish from two nails because top coat messed them up ._. (now that I think about it maybe it was also the polish's fault...) and now I have to get a new one, of course, from another brand..

para mi nail art de este año me inspiré en unas cajas de chocolates que me regalaron hace ya unos años; debo decir que de verdad me gustó el resultado!
this year's nail art is inspired on a chocolate set boxes I got like two years ago; I have to say I really liked the result!
primero pinté el pulgar y el dedo medio con un rosa pastel; al pulgar decidí aplicarle café haciendo un efecto que simulara chocolate escurriendo, agregué unos pequeños puntos y corazones usando el mismo esmalte café...
para el dedo medio usé cinta para hacer líneas y formé rombos, apliqué café nuevamente para que luciera como una barra de chocolate; al final añadí un pequeño corazón en rosa
en el meñique usé café como base e hice corazones y puntos con blanco
first I painted the thumb and the middle finger with pastel pink; on thumb I decided to make a dripping chocolate effect using brown, then added some little dots and hearts using the same brown polish...
for the middle finger I used some stiping tape to form some rhombus; then I applied brown so it'll look like a chcolate bar; at the end I added an small pink heart
on the pinky finger I used brown as a base then I added some white dots and little hearts
en los dos dedos restantes usé blanco como base; en el índice usé rojo, café y rosa para hacer corazones
y finalmente en el dedo anular, pinté un poco menos de media uña con rojo y en la parte blanca hice más corazones usando rojo y rosa.. al final agregué top coat en todas las uñas :P
on the last two nails I used white as base; on the point finger I made three hearts using red, brown and pink
finally on the ring finger I painted less than the half of the nail with red; on the white part I used red and pink to make some hearts.. at the end I applied top coat to all the nails :P
como pueden ver no fue algo muy extravagante ni muy difícil, pero me gustó el resultado n___n creo que luce muy lindo y es una de las pocas veces en las que he hecho un diseño diferente para cada uña...
as you can see it was not something extravagant or difficult, but I liked the result n___n I think it looks cute and it's one of the few times I make a different design for each nail...
