no puedo creer que el año ya se termine, de verdad que se fue volando... pero ya estamos aquí y, como lo dije antes, este es el último nail art
I can't believe this year is coming to an end, honestly it passed by flying... but we're here and, as I told you before, this is the last nail art
no sé que vendrá el próximo año, tampoco sé si seguiré haciendo entradas tan seguido... creo que este sistema que traté de seguir en este año no me funcionó muy bien, así que quizás lo cambie, aún no estoy segura
I don't know what's coming next year, I don't even know if I'll keep on doing entries so often... I think the system I used this year was a failure, so maybe I'll change it, I'm not sure yet
en fin, no tengo mucho que decirles, así que comencemos
anyways, I don't have so much to say, so let's start with this
en esta ocasión me costó un poco pensar en un diseño, de hecho la idea original era otra, pero cambié de parecer y las pinté de blanco para otro diseño, pero oh sorpresa, no funcionó (más bien no me quedo haha), así que decidí hacer este diseño
this time it costed me a little bit to think about a design, actually the original idea was a different one, but I changed my mind and I painted all of them in white, but oh surprise, it didn't work (well, I wasn't able to do it right haha), so I decided to do this one instead
es una especie de mix & match combinado con un efecto stained-glass, hice esto ya que quería ver si me quedaba y, además, moría por usar mi esmalte! y debo decir que no fue tan difícil como pensé que sería, de hecho fue bastante fácil
it's some type of mix & match nail art combined with an stained-glass effect, I made this 'cause I wanted to see if I could do it and I also was dying to use my new polish! I have to say it was not as hard as I thought it woud be, in fact it was pretty easy
en esta ocasión no usé la base de uñas que uso siempre, ya que no quería un tono rosado; después usé esmalte color topacio en la "mitad" de mis uñas (bueno, en cuatro de ellas, una está pintada completamente de ese color) y para hacer las líneas usé pintura acrílica negra
this time I didn't use the same base coat I usually do, 'cause I didn't want my nails had that sheer pink finish; then I used topaz polish in the "half" of the nails (okay, in four of them, one is completely of that colour) and to make the lines I used black paint
hice un diseño basado en triángulos, quería que la mayoría de ellos quedara sin color, así que pinté algunos de negro, otros de gris y otros de topacio; al final agregué top coat para darle un acabado brillante
I made the design based on triangles, I wanted most of them to be without colour, so I painted a few of them in black, gray and topaz; at the end I added top coat to make them look shiny
el resultado no me fascinó, sólo me gustó; creo que pude haber hecho algo mejor pero por desgracia no tenía el tiempo suficiente...
I find the final result quite nice, I didn't love it, is just good; I think I could have done something better but sadly I was running out of time...
los colores que elegí también me gustaron, en especial el tono topacio, es tan hermoso!
